The Village Hall
A comedy play by Ashley Burgoyne. Directed by Sue Smith.
Derek, Chairman of the Parish Committee, is determined to win back the coveted ‘Village Games’ crown for Upper Kingham, which they lost for the first time in a decade to their local rivals, Lower Kingham.
Laura’s determined to get her own play produced, so she starts an Amateur Theatre Group.
Between the Village Games and the Theatre Group there’s a constant hive of activity but there’s also a dark undercurrent. Something unpleasant is attempting to disrupt the daily events that exist in The Village Hall.
